We have an excellent track record of building new as well as modifying old Dust Collectors. Our designs ensure robustness, excellent trouble free performance over long period of time, maintenance friendly and cost effective.

Modifications of Primary Type DCS (Direct Suction DCS) have been carried out across the globe and running successfully till date. Our system designing involves feasibility study and client consulting that help us determine the system parameters. For Electric Arc Furnace, Primary Fumes are effectively evacuated out through Roof Elbow mounted on Fourth Hole of the Roof. For Induction Furnace, Scrap Charging Methods determine the use of either Top Hood or Side Hood for effective evacuation of Primary Fumes.

Secondary Type DCS (Indirect Suction DCS) are specially designed to capture the fumes generated during scrap charging, slag-off and tapping operations and maintaining clean environment inside the steel plant.

For filtration of Primary and Secondary Fumes, we design either Reverse Air Bag Houses or Jet Pulse Bag Houses depending on the outcome of feasibility study, plant layout and client consultation.
